How to export complaint report in excel?

iSocietyManager help you to download complaints report in excel to take a better decision. Following steps to export complaint report in excel.

Step 1: Go to  Main Menu (Complaint), Select “Report” option from drop down menu

Step 2: Select date period and click on “Export All Complaints” button under Date wise report. An excel file will be downloaded into desktop/laptop..

Note: If you want to comments in excel report then select “Get Comments in Excel”

Following steps to export the custom complaint report in excel as per your needs

Step 1: Go to  Main Menu (Complaint), Select “Report” option from drop down menu

Step 2: Select “Custom Report” option from tab

You will see the input fields for the custom complaint report, you can filter reports as per needs

• • Select Log Date Range: Choose the customize date which you want to get the the report.
  • Select Current Status: You can select one status like Open or multiple status as per needs,
  • Select Cluster: By default all Block date will be exported, if you want specific then choose cluster from drop down
  • Select Nature: By default all nature of complaint will be exported if you require only one or multiple then you can select as per your choice
  • Select Tower: By default all Tower date will be exported, if you want specific tower then choose Tower from drop down
  • Select Common Area: Choose Area to filter common area complaint

Step 3: Select customize date and click on “Export” button. An excel file with all complaints will be downloaded into desktop/laptop.

Note: If you want to comments in report then select “Including comments”
