How can I see all canceled payments?

There may be situations where the Account Admin needs to cancel a received payment due to reconciliation errors, incorrect entries, or other reasons. This guide will help you cancel and track such payments easily within the system.

✅ Step 1: Log In

Log in to your account at factech.co.in.

✅ Step 2: Locate the Payment

Go to the Payment section and click on Search Payment. Use the filters to locate the specific payment you wish to cancel.

✅ Step 3: Cancel the Payment

Select the payment entry and click the Cancel button.

✅ Step 4: View Cancelled Payments

After cancellation, navigate to the Payment menu and select Cancelled Payment to view all cancelled transactions.

✅ Step 5: Filter and Review

You can filter the cancelled payments by Payment mode, Unit, or view them in bulk for easier reconciliation.
