How to transfer unit form 1 plan to another Factech.

Step 1-

Log in to factech and click on Bill > User bill plan configuration. (Refer Screenshot)

Step 2-

Select the unit to transfer and bill plan, Then click on Shift bill plan (Refer screenshot)

Step 3-

Now Select the plan you want unit to transfer To.(Refer screenshot)

Once Unit is transferred You’ll see a pop as shown below with No. of payments and Bills.
