How to update invoice format in FacTech Automation?
Sometimes, a site may need to update details like bank account information, email ID, mobile number, or other content shown on the invoice. In Factech Automation, users with the right permissions can update the invoice format on their own without depending on FacTech team for these changes.
Steps:

Log in as an Admin or Accountant with permission to update bill templates.

Go to Settings → Template → Billing.

Select the Bill Plan you want to update.

Click on Preview under the Bill Format section.

Make the necessary edits (like changing bank details or contact info).

Click on save button.
This feature makes it easy to keep your invoices up to date without delays. Just be sure to review the format carefully before finalizing any changes and avoid changing brackets, formulas, or any code to prevent errors.
