Housekeeping and Technical Checklist Separation

At FacTech, we are continuously working to enhance your CAFM experience based on valuable client feedback.

Previously, both Housekeeping and Technical Checklists were managed under a single module, separated only by categories (for example, HK for Housekeeping and Electrical/Mechanical for Technical).

To improve clarity, speed, and reporting, we have now separated them into two dedicated modules for more effective management.


1. Maintenance Module (PPM & Technical Checklists)

This module is now exclusively designed to manage all technical-related activities, including:

  • PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules and tasks

  • Technical Checklists for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, and other engineering services

  • Tracking equipment performance and asset health

  • Simplified reporting for technical audits and compliance

This separation allows technical teams to work independently without navigating housekeeping data, ensuring a more focused and efficient workflow.


2. Housekeeping Module

The new Housekeeping Module is dedicated to all soft services operations such as:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists

  • Area-wise task tracking and inspection reports

  • Performance monitoring of housekeeping teams

  • Easy reporting and analysis of cleanliness and hygiene standards

By separating housekeeping from technical checklists, users can now get cleaner reports, faster access, and more relevant insights without the need to filter data manually.
