Approval flow set up for Purchase Request and Purchase Order is same. Only the two Approval Workflow are different and under different heads.<\/p>\n

Step 1-<\/p>\n

Log in to factech.co.in<\/a> and click on Purchase. (Refer Screenshot)<\/p>\n

Step 2-<\/p>\n

From the main menu, click on the setup.\u00a0 (Refer screenshot)<\/p>\n

Step 3-<\/p>\n

Now click on Purchase Request.<\/p>\n

Step 4-<\/p>\n

Follow the screenshot below and click on the “+” option.<\/p>\n

Step 5-<\/p>\n

Add Approval name, and click on save option.<\/p>\n

Step 6<\/p>\n

Open the Approval added and makes the PR active and add level of approval like level 1,2 etc. (Refer Screenshot)<\/p>\n

Step 7-<\/p>\n

Add approval level with the role of the person-<\/p>\n
