Energy Consumption tracking is important to analyze:<\/p>\n

  1. Comparing energy consumed during different days, months & dates<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Come up with energy saving strategy<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Predict energy demand in advance<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Analyze where most energy requirements are.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Below is snapshot of Electricity usage chart.\u00a0 After that steps are given how to populate this analytics along with log sheets.<\/p>\n

    The electricity Usage dashboard component can be added by Admin in her dashboard (Dashboard -> Edit ) by selecting Electricity Consumption as shown below<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 1.<\/p>\n

    Log in to factech.co.in and click on Asset & PPM. (Refer to Screenshot).<\/p>\n

    Step 2.<\/p>\n

    You can add logs either to an Asset or to a Schedule directly. Below screenshot shows Asset -> PM<\/p>\n

    Step 3.<\/p>\n

    Click on the Log Book. ( Refer to Screenshot)<\/p>\n

    Step 4.<\/p>\n

    Select the type of Log. ( Water or Electricity)<\/p>\n

    Step 5.<\/p>\n

    Add frequency for readings, like every hour, daily, etc.( Refer to screenshot)<\/p>\n

    The Logs have been updated successfully. You can also attach the checklist with the Logs simultaneously.<\/p>\n

    Now a technician can scan and fill in the Readings. ( Refer to Screenshot)<\/p>\n

    Note:- The logs can be used along with Log sheet. In similar fashion Water Consumption chart can be populated.<\/h3>\n
