Biomax Biometric Machines are used to capture IN\/ OUT punch based on Face Id.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">SOP:-<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Below are the steps to be followed for registering the face IDs of contractual manpower of JAL-FMG in Biometric centralized system:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Manpower details to be added \/ imported in Factech System based on the contractor-wise manpower data already shared by JAL-FMG with Factech.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Factech System will automatically generate unique 10 digit alpha numeric EMP_CODE if not added while importing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">JAL-FMG will get\/ export manpowerdetails with EMP_CODE from Factech Attendance Module in excel sheet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">JAL-FMG will register contractual manpower\u2019s face in Biomax Centralized Attendance System with the EMP_CODE &amp; Name as per the excel sheet in Step-3<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Factech will verify\/Sync Biomax In\/ Out Logs with their system and validate the same after every 50 or 100 records.
