Example- If any equipment or machine is down for some time or it&#8217;s not operational due to any reasons.<\/p>\n<p>If PM schedule is deactivated then the Work Orders will not be generated by the system.<\/p>\n<p>Below are steps to Activate the PM Schedule.<\/p>\n<p>1. Login as Admin or role with permission of PM Edit.<\/p>\n<p>2. Go to Asset-&gt; PM Schedule to know what is the current state<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/activate-ppm-schedule\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4345\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4345\" src=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/activate-ppm-schedule.png\" alt=\"Preventive Maintenance Schedule details in CAFM CMMS\" width=\"467\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/activate-ppm-schedule.png 467w, https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/activate-ppm-schedule-300x243.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 467px) 100vw, 467px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. Open the Preventive Maintenance Schedule that you want to update.
