Factech have provision to update user details in bulk through any excel format and it can be mapped with system fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following are the steps to update user details like GSTIN, PAN, Mobile, Email, Bill start date etc. through excel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: Go to\u00a0 Main Menu (Customer), Select “Import Unit (New)” option from drop down menu\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: Select unit and choose excel file to update the client details, click on “Continue”\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: Select Update Existing option to continue<\/span><\/p>\n
