This will help you save lots of time. In Excel file we have to provide the data given in the template\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Flat No : Unit No<\/li>\n<li>Transaction Date : Date of Payment<\/li>\n<li>Amount : Amount of payment<\/li>\n<li>Payment mode like Cash, DD, Cheque, Online, Debit\/Credit Card, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, IMPS, Other.<\/li>\n<li>Cheque\/DD no : Serial Number of Cheque or DD<\/li>\n<li>Cheque\/DD Date : Date of Cheque or DD<\/li>\n<li>Bank Name : Cheque\/DD&#8217;s Bank name<\/li>\n<li>Type of Payment : Payment, Credit, Debit\n<ul>\n<li>Payment : For adding payment<\/li>\n<li>Credit : We can make credit entry in bulk.<\/li>\n<li>Debit : We can make debit entry in bulk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bill Plan : Name of the bill plan for which you want to update the payment e.g. Maintenance, Electricity, Miscellaneous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note*\u00a0 CGST, SGST, IGST, TDS, Remarks, GL Code, Society Account is not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2668\" src=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/payment-24.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"920\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/payment-24.png 920w, https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/payment-24-300x33.png 300w, https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/payment-24-768x83.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 920px) 100vw, 920px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the payment template is ready, then you can import the excel sheet in the System.
