Step 1 \u2013 Export the PPM \/ Housekeeping Schedule<\/h2>\n

Open the relevant PM\/PPM area and use the export option. In the provided screenshot, the export dialog shows the ‘All PMs’ option and the ‘Download All PM’ button.

Step 2 \u2013 Prepare the Excel File<\/h2>\n

Open the downloaded Excel file. Remove columns that are not required for this update, keeping the identifiers and fields needed for the import. The source example keeps ‘uuid’ and ‘Name’ and adds a new column called ‘Cron’.<\/p>\n
