Register and Access Staff, Admin, & Resident from Any Country<\/h2>\n

We are pleased to introduce a new enhancement in FacTech CAFM<\/strong> that allows staff members, admin & residents to be registered and accessed using their country code along with their mobile number<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With this update, organizations can now add staff, admin & residents from different countries using their respective international country codes, making staff, admin & resident registration and mobile application login more convenient for global operations.<\/p>\n

What is Country Code Support?<\/h1>\n

Country Code Support<\/strong> allows administrators to enter a staff, admin or resident’s mobile number along with the appropriate international country code while creating the staff profile.<\/p>\n

For example:<\/p>\n

+91 9876543210<\/strong> \u2013 India<\/p>\n

The configured mobile number can then be used by the staff, admin or resident member to register and log in to the FacTech Application.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0 While login to the FacTech application you need to avoid to add the country code.<\/p>\n

For example:\u00a0<\/strong>As a staff i have registered with this number +919625807599, then i need to use the number only without country code(9625807599) to login in the tech app.<\/p>\n

How to Add a Staff with a Country Code?<\/h1>\n

Step 1: Open Settings<\/h3>\n

  1. Login to the FacTech CAFM Portal<\/strong> as an Admin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2: Open the Staff List<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. On the Settings page, scroll down.<\/li>\n
    2. Navigate to Search Member<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Click on Staff<\/strong> to view the complete staff list.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
