PPM Grace Period Configuration \u2013 Separate Schedule Date and Due Date<\/h1>\n

Introduction<\/h2>\n

We are pleased to introduce the PPM Grace Period Configuration<\/strong> feature in FacTech CAFM.<\/p>\n

With this enhancement, organizations can now configure a Grace Period<\/strong> for each PPM frequency, allowing the Scheduled Date<\/strong> and Due Date<\/strong> to be maintained separately.<\/p>\n

This provides maintenance teams with additional flexibility to complete preventive maintenance within an approved time window while ensuring accurate compliance tracking and operational planning.<\/p>\n

What is a PPM Grace Period?<\/h2>\n

A Grace Period is the additional number of days allowed after the scheduled date to complete a PPM without considering it overdue.<\/p>\n

The system automatically calculates the Due Date based on the configured grace period.<\/p>\n

Due Date = Scheduled Date + Grace Period<\/strong><\/p>\n
