In such cases, Factech allows an Admin user with edit\/write permission to reopen the work order, so the correct details can be updated.<\/p>\n<p>Steps to Reopen a Work Order<\/p>\n<p>Login into Factech with Write Permission access.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the Asset &amp; PPM Module.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12518\" src=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/00001.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1918\" height=\"832\" \/><\/li>\n<li>From the left-side menu, click on Work Order.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12519\" src=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/00002.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1918\" height=\"781\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Search for the required work order using the Work Order Number.On the top-right side, click on the Status button (Completed) to filter completed work order.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12520\" src=\"https:\/\/factech.ai\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/00003.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1918\" height=\"828\" \/><\/li>\n<li>From the filtered results, click on the Work Order.And on the top-right corner, click on the Dropdown Menu (Status option).
