Factech allows administrators to terminate staff access when an employee leaves the site or organization.<\/p>\n

Important Note:
Factech does not allow deletion of staff records to ensure system history, reports, and audit trails are maintained. Instead, staff access is restricted by terminating the staff profile.<\/p>\n

Steps to Terminate a Staff Member<\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    Log in to the Factech application (Only users with Admin edit access can terminate staff)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Click on the Settings icon.

  3. \n

    Select List of Roles.
    \n\"\"<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Click on the staff.\"\"<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Click on the\u00a0 name (Edit button) you want to terminate.

  6. \n

    From the Status dropdown, select Terminated.

    Click on Update Staff.
