For example, if the admin mistakenly adds the technician as a <strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"218\">Supervisor<\/strong> instead of a <strong data-start=\"232\" data-end=\"241\">Staff<\/strong>, the app won\u2019t display WO or checklist options. It\u2019s important that each user is correctly mapped to their <strong data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"357\">team<\/strong>\u2014for example, Housekeeping, Engineering, or Security\u2014and that <strong data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"460\">PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedules<\/strong> are configured with the right frequency, time, and team assignments.
