You can add both the paid amount and TDS in one payment receipt. The system will show the correct total and break it up in the unit ledger. Depending on the settings, it can show one combined entry or two separate ones for payment and TDS.<\/p>\n

Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Log in as admin<\/strong> with add payment<\/strong> permission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Go to Payment \u2192 New Payment\/Receipt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Select the Payment Tab<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Select the unit\/brand, bill plan, payment amount, TDS, and all mandatory fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Click the Save<\/strong> button to add the details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Note: –<\/strong><\/em> If “Take TDS Entry As Separate Entry”<\/strong> is enabled under Settings \u2192 Site Settings \u2192 Payment<\/strong>, the ledger will show two separate entries\u2014one for the payment and one for the TDS.
          If it’s disabled, the ledger will show a single combined entry.<\/p>\n
