Krishna is responsible for <strong>79 guest houses built across Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Krishna is tech-savvy, he has led the team in automating the booking of meeting rooms for their Bangalore Guesthouse &#8211; Bhagirathi in 2018.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the past few years, Krishna was facing challenges to keep their guests and employees unhappy. They are brainstorming to find the root cause of the increasing complaints and remedy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krishna\u00a0<\/strong> <em>&#8220;Ok Guys, Tell your key concerns.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Abdul Khan waited only for 30 seconds to give others a chance to tell first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Khan<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0<em>&#8220;In last 6 months, more than 30 housekeeping complaints in Mumbai Guesthouses have been raised. This is creating a bad experience for our employees and visiting clients.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Narayana\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><em>&#8220;My team is stressed due to loads of complaints, maintenance jobs. Air conditioning system has stopped twice for more than 40 minutes in May.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>David<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<em>&#8220;The CMMS system taken in Jan this year has not given any successful implementation. We are still reactive, using paper checklists and logbooks.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Krishna\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><em>&#8220;Hmm.. Same old bug!! These concerns are faced by us for the last many years, only the frequency keeps increasing with time and load.<br \/>\n<\/em>After waiting for 10 seconds. &#8220;<em>The solution is to have a proactive approach and for this, we need an FM System.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bhosle\u00a0<\/strong><em> &#8221; The FM system &#8211; that works. [After thinking a few seconds], Narayana on last Friday&#8217;s lunch, you were telling me about Kai..\u00a0 KaiZen that your friend has been using. I remember that has many features like mobile checklists, with inventory, housekeeping, ppm &amp; complaint.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>David\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong> [ interrupting Khan] <em>&#8220;Kaizen that I also have seen using the Numero Uno Corporate Park, the technicians and housekeepers were using it with ease.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Narayana\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><em>&#8220;<\/em><em>System is good and practically successful CAFM system, my friend Ramalinga was telling.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Krishna\u00a0<\/strong> &#8220;Narayana &#8211; Call Kaizen team and have a demo&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Improvements Observed<\/h2>\n<p>After a <a href=\"https:\/\/factech.co.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">demonstration by Kaizen &#8211; Factech Team<\/a> , Krishna&#8217;s team initially started at the Bhagirithi guesthouse. Odor, Soap dispenser, footfall, paper dispenser were loaded with IoT sensors which generate a work order in Kaizen directly.
